The TotalAlert 360 Controller optimizes central medical gas or vacuum system management with a high-resolution 10” touchscreen display. It provides real-time system status, alarm alerts, and historical data, critical for maintaining compliance with NFPA 99 requirements. Connectivity features include integration with the MyMedGas platform for remote monitoring and BACnet/IP for seamless data exchange with Building Management Systems. This ensures facilities can maintain constant oversight and respond proactively to system events. Key features include pressure, dew point, and CO display (for air systems), or vacuum level and VSD speed (for vacuum systems). The controller displays operating status, run hours, and average usage for each unit, allowing facility personnel to optimize system performance and schedule maintenance efficiently. Detailed alarm logs with custom instructions enhance response times. Trend charts for pressure/vacuum, dew point, CO levels, and unit usage are available for historical analysis over various periods. Event logs and trend data can be easily downloaded via a USB port, streamlining auditing processes and compliance documentation.
