Order & Receive Your Monitoring Badges
Select the appropriate vapor monitor for your chemical exposure concern. We ship badges directly to your facility with clear instructions, pre-labeled return pouches, and chain-of-custody forms.
Expose the Badge During Work Activities
Workers clip the lightweight badge near the breathing zone (collar or lapel) for the sampling period — anywhere from 15 minutes to 8+ hours. For indoor air quality testing, place the badge at least 5 feet off the floor for 24 hours. The badge does not interfere with normal work activities.
Record Start & Stop Times
Fill in the start time, stop time, employee name, and sampling location on the provided chain-of-custody form and the outside of the return pouch. Accurate time records are essential for calculating TWA exposure levels.
Seal & Return for Laboratory Analysis
Place the exposed badge back into its foil pouch, seal the ziplock completely, and mail it to our AIHA-LAP, LLC accredited laboratory using the prepaid return label. Results are delivered within 72 hours of sample receipt via email, with full OSHA-compliant reporting.
