AX60+ Oxygen Depletion Monitor

Model: AX60+

The AX60+ is a modular oxygen depletion monitoring system designed for critical medical gas environments.

The AX60+ Oxygen Depletion Monitor continuously measures ambient oxygen levels in areas such as manifold rooms, ensuring compliance with NFPA 99 requirements for gas storage and usage. This system provides both audible and visual alerts, via an LED strobe light, if oxygen concentrations fall below critical thresholds, typically indicating values below 19.5%. This immediate notification system is crucial for preventing asphyxiation hazards and maintaining a safe environment for personnel. Featuring a modular design, the AX60+ allows for flexible installation with a central control unit and alarm wall-mounted outside the monitored space, while the oxygen sensor is placed within the manifold room. The central display module supports monitoring for up to four gas sensors (O2 and/or CO2) and eight external alarms, offering versatile configuration options for diverse facility layouts. Connectivity options include quick-connect cabling or hard-wired connections. For integration with facility management systems, an optional Data Output Module supports 4-20mA current loops or MODBUS RTU communications, facilitating centralized oversight in accordance with Joint Commission requirements for environmental monitoring. MTS provides comprehensive technical support and installation guidance for all AX60+ systems.
