Model: TCU Series
The TCU Series maintains low temperatures in vacuum-jacketed piping to minimize liquid nitrogen waste in cryogenic systems.
The MTS TCU (Temperature Control Unit) Series is engineered to maintain optimal low temperatures within vacuum-jacketed piping systems. This process significantly reduces liquid nitrogen consumption by minimizing atmospheric venting, offering an economical and efficient solution for cryogenic temperature management. The system is designed to facilitate rapid delivery of liquid nitrogen to critical cryogenic freezers and other processing equipment. Temperature control is managed with field-changeable set points, allowing facility personnel to precisely program the required temperature. An illuminated LED indicates active cooling, providing immediate operational status. Each TCU Series unit includes two solenoid valves, which operate in unison to enhance leak integrity and ensure reliable performance. Power consumption is via 120 VAC through an integrated 72-inch power cable for straightforward installation. This system is ideal for integration with cryopreservation systems that store biological specimens, ensuring consistent low temperatures essential for specimen integrity. MTS provides comprehensive service and support for all cryogenic handling equipment, ensuring compliance and operational continuity.
