Our hose assemblies are available in various lengths and gas services, color-coded for immediate identification as per industry standards. Connections include DISS nut and nipple, as well as Geometric, Pin Index, and Latch Key quick-connect types. All DISS components adhere to CGA V-5 specifications, guaranteeing secure and gas-specific connections to prevent misconnections. Hoses feature gas-specific indexing to prevent accidental interchanging of gas services. Available in 1/4” I.D. for pressure and 5/16” I.D. for vacuum, they are pressure tested, bagged, and sealed to ensure system integrity upon installation, with a minimum burst pressure of 1000 psig. These hoses are compatible with a wide range of medical gases including oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical air, carbon dioxide, helium, argon, and nitrogen.
