The MTS Lubricated Rotary Vane Medical Vacuum System features a robust, direct-driven, single-stage, air-cooled pump. Its compact design facilitates low maintenance and quiet operation, extending system longevity in demanding hospital and laboratory settings. Systems are available in sizes from 1.5 Hp to 25 Hp, offering flexible configurations to meet diverse facility requirements. Each pump incorporates HEPA filter elements at the air inlet, preventing contaminant ingress and ensuring safety during maintenance. These HEPA filters fully comply with NFPA 99 code requirements for medical vacuum filtration, guaranteeing operational integrity and patient safety. Equipped with an intuitive high-resolution touchscreen, the system displays vital information through color graphics and icons, enabling swift identification of system status, alarms, and warnings. Full system assembly with single-point electrical, intake, and discharge connections minimizes installation costs, while discharge manifolds include a factory-installed drip leg with a ball valve.
