The LES Enclosed Scroll Air System is engineered to deliver 100% oil-free compressed air, crucial for applications where air purity is paramount. Utilizing scroll compression technology, these systems ensure air quality compliant with ISO 8573-1 Class 0 standards, mitigating any risk of oil contamination. These systems are presented as an all-in-one package, comprising the compressor element, motor, aftercooler, and starter, all housed within a super-silent acoustic enclosure. This design facilitates direct installation within the work environment, minimizing noise disruption. Featuring a modular design, LES units are available in Mono (3-7.5 Hp) and Multi (10-30 Hp) configurations, with integrated dryer options. The Mono series offers flexibility with 71-gallon (270L) or 7.92-gallon (30L) tanks and desiccant dryers for optimal dry air delivery, preventing moisture-related issues within the air distribution network.
