The MTS Instrument Air System provides high-purity, dry compressed air, suitable for critical medical applications. This system meets or exceeds the pressure, dryness, and purity requirements of both the Instrument Society of America (ISA) and NFPA 99 standards, offering a reliable alternative to nitrogen. Typical hospital and laboratory applications include powering surgical instruments, operating pneumatic brakes and tables, central sterile supply (CSSD), and general laboratory air requirements. The system's design ensures consistent performance for sensitive equipment. Featuring an innovative vertical arrangement, the compressor element and drive motor minimize the system's footprint, optimizing space utilization within facility constraints. Variable Speed Drive (VSD) compressors are integrated to enhance energy efficiency, reducing operational costs while adhering to all applicable efficiency standards. The modular design incorporates a completely assembled, piped, and wired duplex air purifier module. This compact package includes a duplex desiccant dryer and comprehensive filtration, ensuring continuous delivery of purified instrument air.
