The MTS Horizontal Zone Valve Box integrates modern aesthetics with functional design, seamlessly fitting into contemporary healthcare facilities. This unit features large, color-coded labels, ensuring clear and safe gas identification in accordance with NFPA 99 requirements. Designed for efficiency, each rough-in box can accommodate up to seven valves, utilizing nylon 6/6 insulated grommets for simplified valve maintenance and reorientation. The three-port valve design enables alarm sensor integration within the valve box, reducing installation costs and improving accessibility for maintenance without disturbing ceiling infrastructure. This design further facilitates purging during brazing and allows for direct connection of sensors and gauges. Constructed with a galvannealed steel back box and epoxy powder coat, the MTS Horizontal Zone Valve Box ensures durability and moisture resistance for demanding hospital environments. All valves are supplied clean for oxygen service, serviceable in-line, and require only a quarter-turn for operation.
