The Gemini Medical Gas Outlets, part of the Diamond Series, are engineered for dependable medical gas delivery in hospital facilities. These outlets are designed for interchangeability with various medical gas outlets and are compatible with Diamond-style pin-indexed adapters, ensuring flexible integration into existing systems. Available in both Diamond and D.I.S.S. configurations for wall and console installations, they are suitable for diverse clinical environments. Key features include gas-specific keying with a non-removable pin, a color-coded circular keying disk, and a color-coded identification label integrated into the latch mechanism for clear gas identification. A 7-inch inlet tube, silver-brazed to the brass check body, rotates 360 degrees to simplify installation procedures. The secondary check features an integral neoprene seal, serviceable from the front for efficient maintenance. The rough-in includes a diecast mounting plate with interlocking flanges, housing a brass secondary check. MTS ensures that all Gemini Medical Gas Outlets are fully compliant with NFPA 99 standards and are UL listed. Each unit undergoes 100% leak testing prior to shipment to guarantee optimal performance and patient safety.
