The Chemetype Medical Gas Outlet series is engineered for robust performance and operational efficiency within medical gas pipeline systems. These outlets integrate readily, offering 100% dimensional equivalence with Chemetron's 500/560 and 400/460 Series, ensuring seamless interchangeability for existing infrastructure. Each outlet is UL 1331 listed and fully compliant with the latest edition of NFPA 99 requirements. Key features include a modular, die-cast interlocking rough-in assembly that facilitates neat, continuous console installations. The rough-in body incorporates a ½” OD copper tube that is pre-brazed and capable of 360° rotation for installation flexibility. Gas specificity is rigidly maintained via four stainless steel indexing pins between the finish and rough-in assemblies, with permanent labeling for clear gas service indication. Finish plates are chrome-plated, die-cast metal, providing a durable and aesthetically consistent interface. Outlets are available for both wall and console mounting and are shipped in protective cartons to preserve the finish during phased construction.
