Model: CFAM-PX Series
The CFAM-PX Series manifolds automate cryogenic liquid and carbon dioxide transfer based on cylinder pressure.
The MTS CFAM-PX Pressure Actuated Cryogenic Liquid Dispense Manifolds automate transfer between "In Service" and "Stand-By" liquid cryogenic or liquid carbon dioxide banks. The system ensures a consistent supply by activating based on cylinder pressure, providing uninterrupted flow for critical applications. This series is engineered for high-flow environments, suitable for applications up to 500 psig, such as hyperbaric chambers or laser cutting machines, where maintaining specific pressure is paramount. It supports liquid nitrogen, argon, oxygen, and carbon dioxide cylinders. The controller continuously monitors each cylinder's pressure, initiating an automatic switchover to a reserve bank when the active cylinder's pressure drops below the set threshold. Six LED indicators provide real-time bank status, complemented by an audible alarm that actuates upon bank depletion, ensuring facility staff are immediately notified. MTS provides comprehensive support for installation, calibration, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
