As a trusted distributor, we guarantee the authenticity and quality of our products.

• We procure Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Component Manufacturer (OCM) parts directly from the manufacturer or from an authorized distributor.
• All shipments include a Certificate of Conformance (C of C).
• For all components, we maintain strict documentation demonstrating full traceability back to the original manufacturer.
• All orders, invoicing, and purchasing data are securely facilitated and managed through QuickBooks to maintain an unbroken chain of custody.

Medical Testing Solutions maintains a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit materials.

• Counterfeit and surplus parts are strictly prohibited from entering our inventory and are never allowed to be sold to our customers.
• Any suspect parts identified during our receiving inspections are immediately quarantined.
• Suspect parts deemed as counterfeit or surplus will be dispositioned as scrap or returned to the supplier for scrap to ensure they do not re-enter the supply chain.

We believe in total transparency and historical accountability.

• We retain records covering an article's manufacture, fabrication, or service for a minimum of 10 years.
• Retained records include Purchase Orders, traceability records of raw materials or components, and Certificates of Compliance/Conformance.

Protecting the integrity of medical components during transit is a top priority.

• All articles are properly packaged by our shipping department to prevent damage during transit.
• Our packaging protocols include specific protection against transport damage, metal-to-metal contact, corrosion, Foreign Object Damage (FOD), Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), and product expiration, where applicable.
• We utilize UPS for all outbound logistics to ensure reliable tracking and delivery verification.

• DPAS Compliance

  We understand and comply with Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) requirements per the Department of Commerce 15 CFR 700. We do not discriminate against rated orders in any manner.
