Step 2
Locate your Invoice: If you don’t have an Invoice, you will need to provide the credit card used to purchase the item or a valid photo ID.

Make your return at Medical Testing Solution’s corporate headquarters.

Return by Mail
Step 1
Pack up your purchased item(s) with all contents and product packaging.
Step 2
Place packing slip in package.
Step 3
Purchase postage, put return label on the package, and ship to Medical Testing Solution’s corporate headquarters.

Refund Policy
For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS or insured USPS.
Refund Method With a few exceptions such as international shipments, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them.
Returned products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned custom-built hoses are non-refundable.
If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
If you paid by a debit card or credit card, the refund will be processed on the same valid card that was used for purchase and should be reflected within 2-5 business days.
