A Candidate Handbook and all pertaining documents will be forwarded to the applicantto begin to coursework.The program fee covers the following items: (24) Hour Online Training Course (Separated into 30-60 minute modules and practice exams) Final Examination Access to program author for questions and clarifications Certificate of Completion & Certification CardThe program fee does not cover any costs associated with the second re-examination if required. Candidates have one (1) year from the date they begin the program to complete all the requirements and take the final examination. Failure to complete these requirements and pass the final examination within one (1) year will result in forfeit of program fees.No refunds will be granted once you have started the online training portion of the program. All other refund requests must be submitted in writing.
