1. Returns and Restocking Fee
1.1 Return Policy: If you wish to return a product purchased from Medical Testing Solutions, please contact our customer support within [number of days] days of receiving the product. Returns will only be accepted for products that are in their original condition, unopened, and unused. Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return.
1.2 Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25 percent of the original purchase price. The restocking fee covers the costs associated with processing and restocking returned products. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Hold Harmless Clause
2.1 Limitation of Liability: Medical Testing Solutions, L.L.C., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our products or services.
2.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Medical Testing Solutions, L.L.C. and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of our products or services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights, to the fullest extent permitted by law in the United States.
